Global Product Operations Manager

Based on the work I had done during my years in Nike SB, this role was created for me to lead and implement a more efficient product operations structure across Global and Geo teams for Nike collaborations.

This entailed integrating new tools, the management of seeding fulfillment on a global scale, training Operation teams, and partnering with Relationship, Marketing, and Comms to deliver the seeding strategies and briefs for Nike’s collaborator launches (Off-White, Tom Sachs, NOCTA, sacai, AMBUSH, MMW, Cactus Plant Flea Market, et al).

As the manager of operations, I oversaw product needs for content creation, events, and media placement. I was also responsible for inventory management, budget reports, and strategic buying of all Global CBM marketing product.

For my first role at Nike, I worked with the marketing team to build out a seeding structure for Nike SB, expanding and diversifying the brands reach even further.

To impact the efficacy of the product, I created a new ‘ecosystem’ which streamlined seasonal buying, sampling, and inventory management. This was done through my time working with the developers and marketing teams to connect work flows and flag inefficiencies.
